1. Who We Are

Pintora ("the App", "we", "our") is an iOS application developed independently and distributed through the Apple App Store. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses and how it is used.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share:

• Your name, email address, or any account information
• Your location or device identifiers
• Browsing or usage analytics
• Crash reports sent to third-party services
• Any images you color or save
• Payment information (handled entirely by Apple)

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores data only on your device using standard iOS mechanisms. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us:

• User Creations: Coloring pages you generate with the AI feature are saved to your device's local storage so you can return to them later.
• Preferences: App settings (such as your purchase status and daily AI usage count) are stored in Apple's UserDefaults on your device.
• Photo Gallery: If you choose to save a finished page to your photo library, the image is written to your device's Photos app. We do not access your existing photos.

4. The AI "Create Your Own" Feature & Google Gemini

When you use the AI coloring page generation feature, the text prompt you type is sent to the Google Gemini API in order to generate an image. Please be aware of the following:

• Only the text you enter into the prompt field is transmitted — nothing else.
• No personal information, device identifiers, or user account data is attached to this request.
• The generated image is returned to your device and saved locally.
• Google's own privacy policy governs how Google processes API requests. You can review it at policies.google.com/privacy .

We recommend that you do not include sensitive or personal information in your AI prompts.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time purchase to unlock premium content. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We never see, store, or process your payment details.

6. Children's Privacy

Pintora is designed for adults and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used the AI feature in a way that transmitted personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services. No personal data is shared with any of them beyond what is described in this policy:

• Apple StoreKit — for processing the one-time in-app purchase
• Google Gemini API — for AI coloring page generation (text prompts only)
• AirPrint — Apple's native printing framework; printing is handled entirely on-device and on your local network

8. Data Security

Because we do not collect or transmit your personal data, there is no personal data for us to secure on our end. Your creations and preferences reside solely on your device and are protected by iOS's built-in security and sandboxing mechanisms.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to provide, delete, or correct upon request. To remove all data associated with the App, simply delete the App from your device — this will erase all locally stored creations and preferences.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
